A 22-year-old Waycross man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with the shooting of another man on Anguilla Street. Richard James Boyd, Jr., was arrested a short time later and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm or Knife During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Crime.
The Ware County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a rollback of the millage rate during its Monday, August 29 called meeting.
Khloee O’Neal was born with spina bifida nearly 11 years ago. Her birthday is September 16.
