Steven Wayne Clarence Carter, 41, of Blackshear, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at his residence.
Born in Galveston, TX December 26, 1982, he lived in Pierce County most of his life. He had worked in construction as well as worked for his father at Wayne Carter Trucking. He enjoyed being outdoors whether it was riding country roads with his daughter, fishing, or working in the yard. He had a big heart and dearly loved his children and spending time with them. His family was very special to him and he was grateful for the love and support they had given him over the years.
Survivors include his daughter, Noella Marie Carter, Blackshear; his son, Tye Clarence Carter, Orange Park, FL; his parents, Wayne and Stephanie Carter, Blackshear and Sylvia Hudson, Jacksonville, FL; his sister, Melissa Crawford, Blackshear; his half-brother, David Hudson, Swainsboro; two step-brothers, Cody Demers and Paris Griffin, both of Blackshear; his fiance’, Brittany Moore, Blackshear and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorialization is by cremation.
