WAYCROSS — Ms. Cibba Carter , 67, passed away suddenly early Monday morning, December 30, 2024, at Memorial Satilla Health.

Ms. was born February 26, 1957 in Waycross to the late Wilbert Nathaniel Carter and Beatrice Altm a n Carter. Along with her husband, Ms. formerly owned and operated H&H Construction.

She was a member of Hebardville Methodist Church. Ms. enjoyed baking and working with arts, crafts and flowers.

In addition to her parents, Ms. was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kim and Gary Carter.

Survivors include two daughters, Stacey Thrift (Jason) of Manor and Courtney Yawn (Scott) of Blackshear; grandchildren, Emily Clough (Jackson), Jacob Thrift, Jacey Thrift, Mara Yawn, Carson Yawn and Mallory Yawn; brother, Myron Carter of Blackshear; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, December 31 at the Music Funeral Home Chapel.
