Bryan was born February 13, 1946 in Waynesville to the late Joseph Raymond Bryan, Sr., and Margaret Flake Bryan. He see OBITS, Page 5 was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, Bryan is preceded in death by two sons, William Bryan and David Bryan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Vicky Gates Bryan; children, Joseph, Madonna, Timothy, James, Wanda, Melinda, Shaun and Amy; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A graveside service was held Monday, March 3, 2025, at Homeland Cemetery with Bro. Arlie Johns officiating.
