The Blackshear Times will be open for normal business hours Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, but will be closed Friday, May 26, for the holiday.
Owing to production requirements, The Times will open at 9 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. Monday.
Next week’s edition will be published as normal, Wednesday, May 31. The Times will be available on the newsstand Tuesday evening and in the mail Wednesday.
Deadlines for submissions will remain the same. News items and advertising for next week’s issue should be turned in by 5 p.m. Friday, May 26, and sooner when possible.
