A Blackshear man has been arrested on charges of incest and sexual exploitation of children and is also a fugitive from justice in Texas on similar charges.
James Ronnie Rowland was arrested by the Blackshear Police Department and charged with incest.
The victim is reportedly a close relative of Rowland’s.
Rowland’s trouble with the law did not end there, however.
He was also arrested for unrelated sex crime charges by the sheriff’s office.
Rowland was arrested last Thursday by the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office in connection with the sexual exploitation of children charges.
During the course of that investigation he was found to be a fugitive from Texas on charges of possession with intent to distribute child pornography.
Rowland is currently being held in the Pierce County Jail.
