Travis Raynell Goble Sr.

Travis Raynell Goble Sr., 79, died Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross.

He was a native of Bristol, and lived most of his life in Waycross. He owned and operated R.J. Thomas Business Machines and was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. Goble and Louise Lord Goble and his wife, Diane Goble.

Survivors include two sons, Ray Goble Jr. (Robbi), Blackshear and Stacy Goble (Laura), Waycross; five grandchildren, Shelton Goble (Lanie), Waycross, Zack Goble (Annie), Grovetown, Zane Goble, Blackshear, Amanda “Tomie” Jones (Cree), Waycross and Gannon Goble, Abbeville; two great-grandchildren, Peyton Goble and Jerzie Jones; a sister, Geraldine “Sister” Rogers, Waycross and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, at Sunnyside Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, from the Sunnyside Baptist Church.

Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice Satilla, 808 Evergreen Way Waycross, GA 31501.
