Carl Ruedolf Thrift, 62, of Blackshear, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross.
Born in Miami, FL September 10, 1960, he had lived in Pierce County since the late 1990s. He was a beloved son and uncle who had a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed.
He was the son of the late Carl Ruedolf Sr. and Mable Sands Thrift. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Prudhomme; a brother-in-law, James Prudhomme and by a nephew, James Prudhomme.
Survivors include his niece, Denise Prudhomme, Blackshear and great-nephews, Joshua Bishop, Ft. Myers, FL, Derek Bishop, Tampa, FL and Devin Bishop, Ft. Myers and several other relatives.
Memorialization is by cremation.
