Shirley Ann Hardee Maifarth, 76, of Patterson, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross.
Born in Patterson March 6, 1947, she lived in Florida for several years prior to moving back to Pierce County in 2007. She was the vice president of the commercial loan department for Florida National Bank of Orlando before having to retire due to her health. She was a devoted member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and dearly loved her church family especially her church babies.
She was a daughter of the late Wade Albert and Mary Jewell Bernard Hardee.
Survivors include her sister, Patricia Hardee, Patterson; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Nancy Hardee and Steve and Nadine Hardee, all of Zellwood, FL; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Graveside services will be held at noon Monday, Oct. 9, from the Greenwood Cemetery, 141 S. Edgewood Drive, Apopka, FL 32703. Dr. Virgil Lovett will officiate.
