The Pierce County Middle School (PCMS) boys’ soccer team has kicked off their season in winning fashion.
The boys are currently undefeated heading into game seven of the season.
Captains Alex Lacot, Christian Romero and Jagger Young all agree this winning edge comes from the fact that this group has been playing soccer together since the start of Recreation Department soccer in Pierce County.
Leading the team in goals, capt Christian Romero with 13.
Capt. Alex Lacot has assisted Romero in 12 of those goal.
“(I have) been Blessed to coach such a multi-talented, intrinsically motivated, hardworking team,” said Head Coach Dde Jordan.
Jordan and Assistant Coaches Leslie Lee and Cruz Cason have said they are amazed at how the boys work together as a team.
Monday, March 6 the boys traveled to Ware County Middle School.
They will host Brantley county today Wednesday March 8.
The team invites anyone in the public eager for some fast-paced soccer to come out and support your PCMS Bears.
