Jacob “Daniel” Bennett, 35, passed away suddenly Sunday, August 13, 2023, at his residence in Waycross.
He was born in Waycross to John Timothy Bennett and Melissa Melton Jones. He was currently employed at CBR Rental of Waycross. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Rudolph and Kate Sapp.
Survivors include his father, John T. Bennett (Myra), Waycross; his mother, Melissa Jones (Albert), Waycross; two brothers, John Christopher Bennett and William Timothy Bennett (Sara), both of Waycross; one niece, Jennifer Lynn Bennett; two nephews, John Hunter Bennett and Ryan Timothy Bennett; maternal grandparents, Rudolph and Martha Melton, Waycross and paternal grandparents, Carol Chancey (Lavell), Blackshear and John Bennett (Jeen), Waycross.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 18, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 19, from the Music Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Bennett Cemetery in Millwood.
