Sheriff’s Report

• Thomas Lee Pardon III, 49, was arrested Saturday, March 29, and charged with felony - trafficking methampheta-mine

(two counts), trafficking fentanyl, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of firearm/knife during the commission of crime (two counts), possession of firearm by convicted felon, misdemeanor - possession of marijuana less than 1oz, obstructing/hindering of officers and possession of drug related objects.

Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigators Wayne Mercer and Greg Nettles conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that led to Self’s arrest.

• Lester Lee Self, 26, was arrested Thursday, April 3, and charged with felony - possession of schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than 1oz;, possession of drug related objects and probation warrant (served).

K-9 Sergeant Michael James was requested by Georgia State Patrol to assist in a traffic stop in Pierce County leading to Self’s arrest.

• Elijah Hoke Carter, 20, was arrested Monday, April 7, on an outstanding warrant for felony - agg ravated stalking.

Deputy Colene Thrift and Deputy Bryce Edwards conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that led to Carter’s arrest.

• Lana Clough Williams, 55, was arrested Monday, April 7, and charged with felony - possession of methamp hetamine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance, misdemeanor - drugs not in original container, possession of drug related objects and felony probation warrant out of McIntosh County.

K-9 Sergeant Michael James responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Williams’ arrest.
