Special to the WJH Ware County High School’s Future Business Leaders of America Co-President Juan Viktor “JV” Manabat, Jr. has been elected the 2025-26 Georgia FBLA State Secretary, marking a significant achievement for both him and his school.
A rising senior, Manabat has been an active member of FBLA for three years, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to the organization.
This year, he not only served as WCHS’s local chapter president but also as Region 2 President for Georgia FBLA.
Additionally, he placed ninth in the state in the Client Service competition.
Manabat’s campaign in the competition, themed “Journey with JV,” focused on three key initiatives — Jumpstart, Join and Journey.
His goals include increasing member engagement through social media, strengthe ning connections bet ween local, reg ional, and state levels, and providing more resources to help members grow within FBLA.
Under the guidance of Ware County High FBLA Adviser Lauren Carter, Manabat follows in the footsteps of three previous WCHS students who have served as Georgia FBLA state officers, including his sister, Maria Manabat, who was both a state and national FBLA officer.
His election continues the school's strong tradition of leadership in the organization.
The school community is proud of JV’s accomplishments and looks forward to his contributions
