• Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, Obs truction, Interference of Government Property, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, Headlights Violation, Seat Belt Violation, Giving Wrong Signal, Open Container; Stop Sign Violation, Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs: Cliff Hunter Crummey, a 32year-old white male, was arrested Saturday, February 22 and charged with Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, Obstruction (three counts), Interference of Government Property, Reckless Driving (two counts), Failure to Maintain Lane, Headlights Violation, Seat Belt Violation, Giving Wrong Signal, Open Container; Stop Sign Violation, and Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. Michael James, the Georgia State Patrol, Department of Natural Resource (DNR), and other deputies and ACE Unit Investigators conducted a safety checkpoint in an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Crummey.
• Burglary, 1st Degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Receipt, Possession, or Transport of Firearm by a Convicted Felon or Felony First, Drugs not in Original Container, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz., Theft by Deception: Jeannie Elaine Rouse , a 37-year-old white female, and Eric Anthony Emerson, a 44year-old white male were arrested Wednesday, February 26 after an investigation of a case filed February 17.
Pierce County Sheriff's Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to an area in Pierce County February 17. After initial contact the case was turned over to the ACE Unit for investigation.
Pierce County ACE Unit Investigators Greg Nettles and Wayne Mercer, Deputies Landry Lloyd and Landon Ryals executed a search warrant at a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Rouse and Emerson.
Rouse was charged with Burglary, 1st Degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Receipt, Possession, or Transport of Firearm by a Convicted Felon or Felony First, Drugs not in Original Container, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana Possession less than 1 ounce, Theft by Deception.
Emerson was charged with Burglary 1st Degree.
• False Imprisonment, Terroristic Threats and Acts: Joshua Kevin Grossenbach, a 21-year-old white male, was arrested Friday, February 28 and charged with False Imprisonment and Terroristic Threats and Acts.
Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Lt. Jacob Winters responded February 7 to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact and further investigation, Grossenbach was arrested.
• Obstruction (two counts), Terroristic Threats and Acts, Criminal Damage to Property (Family Violence), Maintaining a Disorderly House: Robert Booth Hubbard, a 60-year-old white male, was arrested Saturday, March 1 and charged with Obstruction (two counts), Terroristic Threats and Acts, Criminal Damage to Property (Family Violence) and Maintaining a Disorderly House.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. James and Deputy Colene Thrift responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in Hubbard’s arrest.
• Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Related Objects: Audrey Jewel Popham, a 23-year-old white female, was arrested Monday, March 3, 2025 and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Investigator Greg Nettles and Deputy Jack Golub conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County ending with the arrest of Popham.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fireman by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm/Knife During Commission of a Crime, Possession of Drug Related Objects: Raymond Lee Tolbert, a 55-year-old white male, and Christopher Glenn Lewis, 45-year-old white male, were arrested Tuesday, March 4.
Pierce County Sheriff's ACE Unit Investigator Mercer and Nettles responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of the two men.
Tolbert was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
Lewis was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fireman by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm/Knife During Commission of a Crime, Possession of Drug Related Objects
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects: Weyman David Kicklighter, a 47-year-old white male, was arrested Tuesday, March 4 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Golub conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County ending with the arrest of Kicklighter.
• Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats and Acts, Cruelty to Children 1st Degree: Bruce Keith Westerman, a 37-year-old white male, was arrested and charged March 5 with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats and Acts, Cruelty to Children 1st Degree.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Hunter Griffin responded January 21, 2025 to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact and further investigation, Deputy Griffin, Deputy Blaine Mercer, and ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer made the arrest of Grossenbach.
• Failure to Appear for a Finger Printable Charge, Probation Violation, Giving False Name, Address, or Birth Date to Law Enforcement Officer: Zachary Seth Fullard, a 23-year-old white male, was arrested Thursday, March 6 and charged with Failure to Appear for a Finger Printable Charge, Probation Violation and Giving False Name, Address, or Birth Date to Law Enforcement Officer.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Griffin responded March 4 to an area in Pierce County leading to the eventual arrest of Fullard.
