Pre-Event Disaster Recovery Assistance
The Ware County Board of Commissioners, is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/firms for Debris Monitoring Services for the cleanup, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris as directed by the WARE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS in order to provide disaster recovery services. There is no immediate cost to the WARE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS as this is a pre-event solicitation. This shall be a one (1) year contract utilized on an 'as needed' basis with the option to renew for an additional two (2) year period upon the mutual consent of both parties.
Municipalities within the boundaries of the WARE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS have the option of participating in the Inter Local Monitoring Services Contract, which should be considered as part of this agreement.
Those individual/firms interested in being considered for this project are instructed to submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their proposals, pertinent to this project prior to 2:00 PM on April 21, 2025 to the Ware County Board of Commissioners office 305 Oak Street, Waycross, GA 31501, Attention: Kayley Johnson. The proposal requirements can pick up at the Ware County Board of Commissioner’s Office, 305 Oak Street, Waycross, GA 31501 on/after Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Qualified responses will be reviewed and ranked by an evaluation committee. Those firms short-listed may be selected for interviews and shall be prepared to make scheduled presentation to a pre-appointed evaluation committee, if required.
Evaluation criteria will include, but not be limited to: compliance with submission requirements; qualifications of proposer to meet the Ware County Board of Commissioner’s objectives; whether the proposed services meet the Ware County Board of Commissioner's objectives; and whether the overall approach has been adequately and technically addressed, and payment of the proposed fee.
