• Jeannie Elaine Rouse, 37, and Eric Anthony Emerson, 44, were arrested Feb. 26.
Rouse was charged with felony - burglary first degree, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, receipt, possession or transport of firearm by a convicted felon or felony first, misdemeanor drugs not in original container, possession and use of drug related objects, marijuana possession less than 1 oz and theft by deception. Emerson was charged with felony - burglary first degree.
Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to an area in Pierce County Monday, Feb. 17. After initial contact the case was turned over to the ACE Unit for investigation. ACE Unit Investigator Greg Nettles, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Deputy Landry Lloyd and Deputy Landon Ryals executed a search warrant Wednesday, Feb. 26, at a residence in Pierce County leading to the arrests.
• Joshua Kevin Grossenbach, 21, was arrested Friday, Feb. 28, and charged with felony - false imprisonment and terroristic threats and acts.
Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Lieutenant Jacob Winters responded to an area in Pierce County Feb. 7. After initial contact and further investigation, Grossenbach was arrested Friday, Feb. 28.
• Robert Booth Hubbard, 60, was arrested Saturday, March 1, and charged with two counts felony - obstruction, terroristic threats and acts, misdemeanor - criminal damage to property (family violence) and maintaining a disorderly house.
K-9 Sergeant Michael James and Deputy Colene Thrift responded to a residence in Pierce County that resulted in the arrest.
• Audrey Jewel Popham, 23, was arrested Monday, March 3, and charged with felony - possession of cocaine and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects.
ACE Unit Investigator Greg Nettles and Deputy Jack Golub conducted a traffic stop leading to Popham’s arrest.
• Raymond Lee Tolbert, 55, and Christopher Glenn Lewis, 45, were arrested Tuesday, March 4, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine.
Lewis was also charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of firearm/knife during commission of a crime and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects. ACE Investigator Wayne Mercer and Investigator Greg Nettles responded to the call.
• Weyman David Kicklighter, 47, was arrested Tuesday, March 4, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug related objects. Deputy Jack Golub conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that led to Kicklighter’s arrest.
• Zachary Seth Fullard, 23, was arrested Thursday, March 6, and charged with felony - failure to appear for fingerprintable charge, felony probation violation and misdemeanor - giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officer.
Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to the call Tuesday, March 4. The initial investigation led to Fullard’s arrest March 6.
• Bruce Keith Westerman, was arrested Wednesday, March 5, and charged with felony - aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children first degree.
Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to an area in Pierce County Monday, Jan. 21. Further investigation by Deputy Griffin, Deputy Blaine Mercer and ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer led to Westerman’s arrest.
