Runners have two chances to get some exercise and support local charities in the coming weeks with road races in the area.
The next race is Saturday, March 29 with the Hooves to Freedom Trail Race at Moccasin Creek Off-Road Park in Blackshear.
Participants can enjoy Wainwright sausage dogs after the run, benefiting the Hooves to Freedom horse therapy center.
Finally, Saturday, April 5 comes the LCA Sprint Spring 5k and 1-mile fun run in Hoboken, benefiting the Lighthouse Christian Academy.
