The Ware County Republican Party holds its county convention at 9 a.m., Saturday, March 22 at Ware County Courthouse, Main Courtroom, 800 Church Street.
The Precinct Caucuses will convene at 9 a.m. to elect delegates to the county convention.
That session will convene at 10 a.m. in the courtroom to elect delegates to the First Congressional District Convention and the Georgia GOP Convention.
All Ware County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of the Republican Party are urged to participate.
Registration will be from 8:15 to 9 a.m., but those waiting in the line at 9 a.m. will be permitted to register for the $25 fee.
The district convention will convene at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 26 in Savannah to elect district officers and State Committee members.
The state convention will be June 6-7 in Dalton and will elect state officers, in addition to conducting all other business as necessary.
Delegates and alternates will be required to pay a fee at both the district and state conventions, which is to cover the cost of the meetings.
