Angela Shulman, a staff member of the Tax Assessor’s Office was honored earlier this month by the Ware County Commission as Employee of the Month for February. Shulman, flanked by (l-r) Appraiser Jasmine Greene, Chief Appraiser Billy Carter , County Manager James Shubert and HR Director Theresa Young, has been in the office 22 years most recently as a deed analyst. Young introduced Shulman at the commission’s February 10 meeting, saying in part: “Angela puts forth a positive attitude every day with a smile on her face and an opportunity to brighten the day of her fellow coworkers. ... The knowledge Angela possesses in regard to the job she does is vital to the functionality of our office. ... Angela’s work ethic and determination sets the tone for those who share her workspace and workload and drives others around her to mirror her outlook of the tasks at hand.”
