Patricia Claudette ‘Pat’ Davis Revels

Patricia “Pat” Claudette Davis Revels, 80, of Blackshear, passed away Monday morning, February 24, 2025, at her residence.
Born in Brunswick, December 8, 1944, she grew up in Fernandina Beach, FL but lived most of her adult life in Pierce County. She was a homemaker but had also taught sewing classes at Ware Technical College as well as worked at Julie Hat many years ago. In the 1980s she ran her own catering business and for 20 plus years she and her husband made and sold crafts together. Mrs. Pat dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Mershon Methodist Church but had also attended Mershon Baptist Church.
She was a daughter of the late James Claude and Mary Elizabeth Rooks Davis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Walter Revels and a sister, Marlene Nerf.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon (Ashley) Bennett, Blackshear; two sons, Jimmy Revels (Glenn Smith) and Andy Revels, all of Mershon; a sister, Donnette (Ronald) Davis, San Antonio, TX; five grandchildren, Jordan (Rachel) Bennett, Joshua (Ronni) Bennett, Paige (Chance) Tiner, Walter (Courtney) Revels and Ryan Erdmier; seven great-grandchildren, Nathan Bennett, Brinley Bennett, Levi Oglesby, Ridge Bennett, Gunner Bennett, Granger Bennett, Brooks Tiner and an eighth great-grandchild due in April, Liza Grace Tiner and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at the Mershon Methodist Church.
A memorial service  will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, from the Mershon Methodist Church with the Rev. Tony Walsh officiating.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
