JESUP — Braiden Gilbert recently received double honors by the Altamaha Chapter Sons of the American Revolution.
Gilbert was named as Brantley County High School's Good Citizen for the 202425 school year. He was recognized for his civic and community service, good conduct, good academic record and patriotism.
Cadet Gilbert also recently received the JROTC Bronze Medal for Brantley County High School for the 2024-25 school year. He was recognized for his leadership qualities, military bearing and general excellence.
The awards presentations took place recently at the Altamaha Chapter's quarterly meeting at Family Traditions Restaurant in Jesup.
