Mike Smith (left) recently retired after 31 years of service with Unison Behavioral Health. Smith, pictured with Unison’s Director of Residential Services Lin Boatright, started his career in 1993 with Unison at the St. Illa Residential Treatment program. He has remained in the same position on the same shift throughout his three-plus decades of service. Boatright and Unison officials thanked Smith for his lengthy dedication and commitment.
