Cynthia Elaine “Cindy” Watkins Muhlhan, 68, of Midway, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 11, 2023, at her residence.
Born in Jacksonville, FL on April 21, 1955, she had lived in Midway for the past 23 years. She was a homemaker. She loved the beach, boating, camping, and crocheting. She also loved to spend time with her family and friends but especially loved her quiet time spent with God.
She was a daughter of the late William Carey Sr. and Dorothy Cornelia Hodges Watkins. She was also preceded in death by all of her siblings.
Survivors include her husband, 43 years, Kent D. Muhlhan of Midway; four daughters, Kelly Muhlhan, Midway, Katie (Ryne) Barker, Pooler, Megan (James) Deemer, Midway and Holly (Justin) Flowers, Savannah; five grandchildren, Sophia Johnson, Sawyer Deemer, Aurora Flowers, Tanner Barker and Reese Barker and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday, July 16, at the funeral home chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 16, from the Pearson-Dial Chapel.
Interment will be in the Blackshear Cemetery.
