Editor, The Times:
I stand with Mr. Gordon Ross who wrote last week’s letter to the editor about the reassessments. We own two properties — the one we reside on and the empty nothing on it next to us. Well, last year taxes were $258.36 on said property. This year it has gone up $400.
Someone needs new glasses or get their mindset straight. Some people are on fixed incomes and cannot support triple taxation, especially being dumped without explanation as to what is on said property that made it so priceless to the tax man.
