• Possession of Scheduled IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce: James Leroy Swain, a 55-year-old white male, was arrested Thursday, January 9 and charged with Possession of Scheduled IV Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. Michael James responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Swain.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Scheduled II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Drugs Not in Original Container: Amber Nicole Gill, a 42-year-old white female, was arrested Friday, January 17 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Scheduled II Controlled Substance (two counts), Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Drugs Not in Original Container (two counts).
Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Inv. Greg Nettles and Inv. Wayne Mercer conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County resulting in Gill’s arrest.
• Trafficking Fentanyl, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm During Certain Crime, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Driving While License Suspended, Headlight Violation, Driving While Under the Influence: Tezmond Terrell Mitchell, a 26--year-old black male, and Ebony Ann Brown, a 36year-old black female, were arrested and charged Friday, January 17.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. James and Deputy Colene Thrift conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County resulting in the arrests of both.
Mitchell was charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm During Certain Crime, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.
Brown was charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Possession of Firearm During Certain Crime, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Driving While License Suspended, Headlight Violation and Driving While Under the Influence (DUI).
