Landrum
WARESBORO — Mr. Robert D. “Bobby” Landrum, 87, died Sunday morning, January 26, 2025 at his residence in Waresboro after an extended illness.
Landrum was born February 5, 1937, in Blackshear to the late Willie Junior Landrum and Myrt ice Carter Landrum.
He att ended Waresboro School.
Landrum retired as a welder in the construction industry. He loved going to auctions, collecting “junk” and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Landrum was preceded in death by his children, Brenda Joiner, Mary Elizabeth Landrum, Donahue Landrum and Bruce Landrum; and his siblings, Anne Lee, Joyce Music, June Griffin, Vonnette Lee, Buddy Landrum and Billy Landrum. Survivors include his loving companion, Christine Clark of Folkston; daughter, Bernice Martinovich (husband Milan) of St. Petersburg, Fla.; son, Glynn Landrum of Brunswick; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
A graveside service was held Tuesday, January 28, at Waresboro Cemetery.
