Jimmie Jerry Reddish, 70, of Blackshear, passed away Sunday morning, January 26, 2025, at Harborview Satilla in Waycross.
Born in Hazlehurst November 22, 1954, he lived in Pierce County most of his adult life. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired truck driver having worked for J. W. Boyett Trucking. In his free time, he enjoyed saltwater fishing and working on boats and had loved to ride his Harley when he was able.
He was a son of the late Jimmie Walter Reddish and Maggie Eason Nunn. He was also preceded in death by his son, Buddy Reddish and by his sister, Mary Alice Crump.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Thornton Reddish, Blackshear; his daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Eric Brogan, Winder; his brother, John Randy Reddish, Patterson; a grandchild, Jorga Reddish and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, February 1.
