SGHS announces relocation of three Physicians Associates

BRUNSWICK – To strengthen the health care services offered in the region and better meet the needs of our patients, Southeast Georgia Health System announces the relocation of three Southeast Georgia Physician Associates practices.

The practices are Cardiology, Primary Care and Obstetrics and Gynecology. These moves will improve access to high-quality care and support our commitment to growing with the community.

The new locations are designed to offer a more comprehensive health care experience, ensuring patients continue to receive exceptional, personalized care in a state-of-the-art environment.

The exceptional care patients have come to expect will remain the same at each new location. Phone numbers will remain the same.

Patients will be directed to the new office location when scheduling upcoming appointments.

• Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Obstetrics & Gynecology will close its current office Thursday, January 16 and reopen Monday, January 20 at 8 a.m., at Medical Plaza, 3025 Shrine Road, Suite 480. The phone number is 912-466-7250.

The providers are Trace Deighan, MD and Lesli McQuigg, WHNP-BC.

• Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Cardiology will close its current office Thursday, January 23 at noon and reopen in its new location at Medical Plaza, 3025 Shrine Road, Suite 290 Monday, January 27 at 8 a.m. The phone number is 912-466-7660 Providers are Matthew Certain, MD; Mitchell Jones, MD; Michael Omar, MD; A. Wade Strickland, MD; Elizabeth Coleman, PA-C; Ashley Lezotte, AGACNP-BC and Rebecca Powell, ANP-BC.

• Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Primary Care will also close Thursday, January 23 at noon and reopen in its new location at Outpatient Care Center, 2500 Starling Street, Suite 404 Monday, January 27 at 8 a.m. The phone number is 912466-7470.
