“This achievement highlights our team’s dedication to innovation and their commitment to delivering exceptional patient care,” said MSH Chief Executive Officer Dale Neely. “Our team is committed to staying at the forefront of surgical technology to benefit our patients. Reaching this milestone demonstrates not only their skill, but also the trust our patients place in us every day.”

The use of robotic-assisted surgery has transformed the field of general surgery, offering patients less invasive procedures, shorter recovery times, and improved outcomes.

The robotic surgical program at Memorial Satilla Health features state-of-the-art technology. The program has been instrumental in treating a wide range of conditions, from hernias and gallbladder issues to orthopedic surgeries and gynecological procedures.
