Energy assistance program available

A federally funded energy assistance program administered by Family and Children Services is now accepting applicants based on age and income requirments.

To schedule an appointment, Pierce County residents may call 912-900-3070 or go to www.myactionpact.org and click on “Schedule My Energy Assistance Appointment”.

Low-income households may apply beginning January 2, if funds are still available.

Funds are limited and will be distributed on a firstcome, first-served basis. Eligibility for this program is determined by income.
