• Grooming a Child, Child Molestation, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes: Mathew Phillip Fillyaw, a 58-yearold white male, was arrested December 15 and charged with Grooming a Child, Child Molestation and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purpose.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Brad Justice and ACE Unit Lt. Jacob Winters responded December 4 to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact and gathering evidence, a search warrant was obtained and executed resulting in the arrest of Fillyaw.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Giving False Name, Address, Birthdate to Law Enforcement, Felony Probation Warrant: Crystal Lynn Bourey-Ward, a 44-yearold white female, was arrested December 7 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Giving False Name, Address, Birth date to Law Enforcement and Felony Probation Warrant.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. Michael James responded to an area in Pierce County ending with the arrest of Bourey-Ward.
• Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children - 1st Degree, Cruelty to Children 1st Degree, Simple Assault; Battery - Family Violence: Christopher Andrews Hackett, a 47year-old white male, was arrested December 8 and charged with Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children — 1st Degree, Cruelty to Children — 1st Degree, Simple Assault; Battery — Family Violence (1st Offense).
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputies Colene Thrift and Bryce Edwards responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Hackett.
• Bestiality, Sexual Exploitation of Children (Child Pornograph), Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission to Commit Certain Crimes, Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer by Use of Threats or Violence, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers, Giving False Information or False Name and Loitering: Andrew John Voight, a 34-year-old white male, was arrested December 18 and charged with two counts of Bestiality; Sexual Exploitation of Children (Child Pornograph), Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission to Commit Certain Crimes, Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer by Use of Threats or Violence, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers, Giving False Information or False Name and Loitering.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputies Hunter Griffin and Blaine Mercer responded December 11 to an area in Pierce County. At initial contact, ACE Unit Investigators Greg Nettles and Wayne Mercer, and Lt. Winters also responded. After further investigation and evidence obtained, Voight was arrested.
