Pierce County High School Athletic Director Brandon Jernigan has been named the Region 3-AA Athletic Director of the Year for 2022-2023.
Jernigan has been a coach for 24 years and has spent the last fifteen years at PCHS. Jernigan has served as Pierce County High School’s Athletic Director for the past six years and has been recognized as the Region Athletic Director in each of those six years.
Coach Jernigan oversees all athletic activities at PCHS and supervises all athletic staff. Approximately 20% of all PCHS students participate in at least one sport.
“Being athletic director at Pierce County High School is my dream job. Go Bears!,” said Jernigan.
Jernigan also serves as an Assistant Principal at PCHS.
