Memorial Drive Elementary inducted 51 students into the National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS) during a ceremony last month. The induction recognized fourth- and fifth-graders who’ve maintained a minimum 85 average and consistently exhibited positive conduct in and out of the classroom. The inductees were encouraged by speeches from Ware County High students (right) Evan Joiner, Reid Kirkland, and Molly Smith, members of the NEHS chapter at Memorial Drive when they fourth-graders.
