MSH has blood drive Dec. 13
Memorial Satilla Health stages its annual holiday blood drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, December 13 on the hospital’s main campus, 1900 Tebeau Street.
The donation center will be in the hospital’s former AIC Unit located on the first floor across from the chapel. Donors of all blood types are needed to keep a stable blood supply throughout the year.
The Blood Connection is currently facilitating Memorial Satilla’s drives. TBC is offering $40 in rewards to donors. Two lucky donors also will receive a $500 prize from the Hospital Auxiliary.
SFW has Santa, crafts on Dec. 14 Southern Forest World, 1440 N. Augusta Avenue, holds Christmas in the Forest from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, December 14.
Santa will be available for pictures and crafts can be made. Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for youths.
Attendees should bring their own cameras for photos with Santa.
