WAYNESVILLE – Judy Bailey Allen, 68 of Waynesville, passed away Thursday afternoon, November 28, 2024 at the Hospice House in Waycross after an extended illness.
Born November 13, 1956, Mrs. Allen’s parents were Johnny Ray Bailey and Mazie Bailey. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Nickie Queen.
Mrs. Allen was a homemaker and a member of King Memorial. She loved her family with all her heart and spending time with them.
Survivors include her Allen
son, Thomas James Richardson of Bowmount, Texas; a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Parker (Joe L.) of Waynesville; four grandchildren, Amanda Richardson, Ozie Richardson, Sara Parker and Christopher Parker; two great-grandchildren, Reese Smelcer and Opie Smelcer; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at the chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Rowell officiating.
Burial followed in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
