Three Pierce County residents were arrested on child molestation charges Tuesday, Nov. 5.
They include:
• Helen Jean O’Berry Brooker, 47, was arrested and charged with felony - trafficking of persons for labor or sexual servitude;, child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
• Billy Joe O’Berry, 44, was arrested and charged with felony trafficking of persons for labor or sexual servitude, child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
• Charlie Franklin Stevens, 36, was arrested and charged with felony - child molestation, aggravated child molestation and enticing child for indecent purposes.
Investigator Wayne Mercer and Investigator Cory Belue of the A.C.E. (Aggressive Crime Enforcement) Unit responded to an area in Pierce County Oct. 23.
After initial contact and evidence gathered, a search warrant was executed at a residence on October 25.
The arrests of the O’Berry’s and Stevens followed Nov. 5.
