WAYCROSS — Mrs. Deborah Ann Corbett, 53, passed away suddenly Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Memorial Satilla Health.
She was born February 12, 1971 in Alma, and graduated from App ling County High School in 1989. Mrs. Corbett lived most of her life in Ware County, and she was currently employed by Ware County Board of Education as a school bus driver. She was formerly employed by Ware County Magistrate Court and Satilla Regional Medical Center. Her favorite pastime was working in her flower garden, and she deeply loved her parents, husband and children.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff David Corbett, Jr. of Dixie Union; two children, Jana Adams and Hunter Smith; stepchildren, Jason Corbett (Breeanna) and Rebecca Corbett; grandchildren, Aiden, Luna and Creedence; her beloved dog, Monster; parents, Charles H. Tomberlin and Judy Ann Byrd Tomberlin; brother, David Tomberlin (Lisa); nephew, Brent Tomberlin (Deprise); niece, Emma Tomberlin; and great nieces, Loretta and Lilah.
A graveside service was held Tuesday, November 19 at Jordan Cemetery in Dixie Union.
