Special to the WJH Author Laurie Short will speak on faith and her most recent book “Faith, Doubt and God’s Mysterious Timing,” during an appearance at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 14 at The Refinery, 522 Miles Still Road.
The book, released in 2023, is among four the graduate of Fuller Seminary has written.
Short’s other books are “40 verses to Ignite your Faith” (2019), “When Changing Nothing Changes Everything” (2017), 'Finding Faith in the Dark” (2014), and “Grace-Filled Stepparenting” (2020).
Short has served on staff at four churches over 30 years and spoken to more than 500,000 people at conferences, colleges, and churches.
