Samuel Farmer Jr., 71, of Williamston, NC, departed this life Thursday, November 3, 2022, at his home in Williamson.
He was born July 15, 1951 in Patterson to the late Rosa Farmer and Samuel Farmer Sr.
He attended Patterson High School in Patterson where he was a basketball player. He eventually moved to North Carolina.
His love will be rememberd by his wife and son as well as numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Fallon Farmer and Frederick Farmer and a son, Robert Earl Keel.
Survivors are his loving wife, Rosa Farmer; his son, Chad Doomes of Georgia; his siblings, Lester Farmer of Florida, Joseph Farmer (Myra) of Georgia, Dan Farmer (Joanne), NC, Rose Ann Booth, Martha Wilkins (David), Alma Haynes, Patricia Farmer Palmer (Pat), all of Georgia; a special nephew, Danny R. Farmer along with a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Paradise Funeral Home Chapel in Williamston, NC, with Joe Wilkins Jr. officiating.
