Pierce County Middle School cheerleaders captured the Southeast Middle School Cheerleading Championship title for the thirteenth time on Nov 1.
The competition was held at Wayne County High School in Jesup.
This win comes fresh on the heels of the team placing third in the State at GHSA/Infinity Middle school State Championship in Marietta (Oct. 29).
This is the first time the school has competed in a State MS Competition.
Members of this year’s team include: 8th graders - Jacie Carter, Sarah Kate Echols, Addison Jordan, Daisy Thigpen, Macy Thornton, Julia Swain, Abby Reese Wright, Reagan Wright
7th graders - Nayla Andreae, Anslie Allen, Mylie Cason, Anna Kate Horne, Myla Martinez, Marlee Kate Wetherington
6th graders - Jacy Barber, Blakeli Rentz, Charley Taylor, Blake Varnadore.
