Memorial Satilla Specialists — Heart Care recently welcomed Dr. Eduardo Venegas to its care team, Memorial Satilla Health announced.
Dr. Venegas, a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine specialist, joined the group August 12.
He will work alongside Dr. Timothy Catchings and Dr. Jonathan Constantin to provide comprehensive heart care, including the diagnosis, treatment and management of chronic heart health conditions like atrial fibrillation (A-fib), heart valve disease and coronary artery disease. He is fellowship trained in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease.
“I strive to provide absolute transparency and education to my patients so we can weigh all available options,” said Dr. Venegas. “Building a strong provider-patient relationship will remain my top priority and I look forward to partnering with the care team at Memorial Satilla Specialists — Heart Care to ensure our patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey.”
Dr. Venegas earned his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and completed his residency in internal medicine from University of Miami/Palm Beach regional campus. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease and an advanced fellowship in interventional cardiology at Louisiana State University.
