• Multiple drug charges: Pierce County Sheriff's ACE Unit Sgt. Jacob Winters, Deputy Blaine Mercer, Deputy Hunter Griffin, and ACE Unit Investigator Cory Belue responded Tuesday, July 16 to an area in Pierce County, Georgia.
After further investigation over a seven-day period, four individuals were arrested and charged.
McCarthur Camp Kelly, a 39-year-old black male, was arrested Friday, July 19 and charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Illegal Drugs, Marijuana or Methamphetamine Ecstasy; Attempt or Conspiracy to Violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana; Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Distribute (street value of contraband was $1.1 million).
Lecharles Strange, a 35year-old black male, was also arrested July 19 and charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Illegal Drugs, Marijuana or Methamphetamine Ecstasy; Attempt or Conspiracy to Violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana; Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Distribute (street value of contraband was $1.1 million).
Jarissa Aryanna Kitchens, a 22-year-old black female, was arrested Tuesday, July 23 and charged with Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; Attempt or Conspiracy to Violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana; Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Distribute (street value of contraband was $1.1 million).
Darryl Lynn James, a 33year-old black male, was arrested July 23 and charged with Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; Attempt or Conspiracy to Violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Purchase, Possession, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana; Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Distribute (street value of contraband was $1.1 million).
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Probation Violation warrant: Adam Joseph Urban, a 38-year-old white male, and Nickie Marie Griffin, a 42-yearold white female, were each arrested Monday, July 22.
Pierce County Sheriff's ACE Unit Investigator Greg Nettles, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Deputies Mercer and Hunter Griffin and K9 Sgt. Michael James responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrests of Urban and Griffin.
Urban was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects and served a Probation Violation warrant.
Griffin was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.
• Cruelty to Children (2nd Degree), Public Drunkenness: Cristina Francisco Andres, a 28year-old Hispanic female, was arrested Wednesday, July 24 and charged with Cruelty to Children (2nd Degree) and Public Drunkenness.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputies Mercer and Griffin responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Andres.
• Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Drugs Not Kept in Original Container: Christina Rene Thompson, a 39-year-old white female, was arrested Wednesday, July 24 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Drugs Not Kept in Original Container Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. James responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arres t of Thompson.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Derin Franklin Rowell, a 56-year-old white male, was arrested Friday, July 26 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Scheduled IV Controlled Substance, Drugs Not in Original Container, Probation warrant: Jonathon Mark Sears, a 29-year-old white male, was arrested Monday, July 29 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Scheduled IV Controlled Substance, Drugs Not in Original Container and a Probation warrant.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. James and Deputy Landon Ryals responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Sears.
