The National Board for Respiratory Care recently donated $10,000 to start a Respiratory Care Scholarship for students enrolled in the Respiratory Care Program at Coastal Pines Technical College.

To qualify for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in the Respiratory Care Therapy program and meet minimum GPA requirements set by the CPTC Foundation. Students can be enrolled full-time or part-time to qualify for this scholarship.

“We are very excited to offer this scholarship to Respiratory Care program students,” said Executive Director of College Advancement Stephanie Roberts. “Our students need assistance for various program related expenses; this money will allow them to concentrate more on their studies and less on the financial constraints of being a college student.”
