• Battery-Family Violence, Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer when engaged on Official Duty, Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer, Escape: Justin Clark, 56, was arrested Monday, November 4 and charged with Battery- Fami l y Violence, Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer when engaged on Official Duty, Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer and Escape.

Brantley County deputies responded to the 400 block of Mary Johns Road in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Disorderly Conduct: Candace Ammons, 42, was arrested Tuesday, November 5 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 50 block of Janie Circle in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Drugs not in Original Container: Brittney Carter, 24, was arrested Wednesday, November 6 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Drugs not in Original Container.

Brantley County deputies executed a warrant on Central Avenue.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Drugs not in Original Container: Randy Clark, 34, was arrested and charged November 6 with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Drugs not in Original Container.

Brantley County deputies executed a warrant on Central Avenue.

• No Tag, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration: Roseann Lastinger, 53, was arr ested Wednesday, November 6 and charged with No Tag, Possession of Open Alc ohol Container, DUI and Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 110 in reference to wrong tag on vehicle.

• Outstanding Interference with Custody warrant: Leonardo Flanders, 25, was arr ested November 6 on an outstanding Interference with Custody warrant.

• Outstanding Criminal Trespass warrant: Cleve Manning, 37, was arrested Wednesday, November 6 on an outstanding Criminal Trespass warrant.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Lewis Warner, 54, was arrested Friday, November 8 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to Highway 110 in reference to a verbal domestic.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Nolan Moore, 35, was arrested Tuesday, November 12 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Expired or No Registration or Title, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Russell Kovach, 58, was arrested Wednesday, November 13 and charged with Expired or No Registration or Title and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Central Avenue in reference to expired tag.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Felecia Sweat, 39, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Cont rolled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Riverside Road in reference to Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

• Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officer: John Berry, 62, was arrested Thursday, November 14 and charged with Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officer.

Brantl e y County deputies responded t o Friendly Express in reference to an aggressive male threatening store clerk.

• Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Reckless Driving, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Failure to Report Accident with Injury/Damage, Defective Tires, Criminal Trespass, Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers: Melinda Burkhart, 55, was arrested Friday, November 15 and charged with Mari juana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Reckless Drivi ng, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Failure to Report Accident w/Injury/Damage, Defective Tires, Criminal Trespass and Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers.

Brantley County deputies responded to Central Avenue in reference to speeding, wreckless driving and almost hitting a road worker.

• Outstanding Theft by Taking warrant: Teresa Middleton, 30, was arr ested November 15 on an outstanding Theft by Taking warrant.

• Pointing or Aiming Gun or Pistol at Another (Family Violence), Terroristic Threats and Acts Family Violence, Aggravated Assault (Family Violenc): Dorothy Johnson, 58, was arrested Sunday, November 17 and charged with Pointing or Aiming Gun or Pistol at Another Family Violence, Terroristic Threats and Acts Family Violence and Aggravated Assault Family Violence.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Taylor Bay Road in reference to domestic altercation with gun.
