• Speeding, No Proof of Insurance, No Tag, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude: Dalton Jones, 25, was arrested Monday, October 28 and charged with Speeding, No Proof of Insurance, No Tag, and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 82 in reference to Speeding.

• DUI, Hit and Run: Brittany Woods, 27, was arrested October 28 and charged with DUI and Hit and Run. (NO REPORT)

• Outstanding Battery, Criminal Tresp ass warrants: Kimberly Chesser, 37, was arrested Wednesday, October 30 on outstanding Battery and Criminal Trespass warrants.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Billy Wright, 50, was arrested Thursday, October 31 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Marijuana less than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Geraldme Kirby, 34, was arrested and charged October 31 with Marijuana less than 1 oz. and Posses sion and Use of Drug Related Objects.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to Friendly Express in Atkinson in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

• Outstanding Failure to Register as Sex Offender warrant: Christopher Herrin, 35, was arr ested Thursday, October 31 on an outstanding Failure to Register as Sex Offender warrant.

• Outstanding Probat ion warrant: Wayne Hartley, 39, was arrested Friday, November 1 on an outstanding Probat ion warrant.

• Disorderly Cond uct: Jonnie Hanks, 58, was arrested and charged November 1 with Diso rderly Conduct.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Kenneth Smith, 34, was arrested and charged November 1 with Possession of a Schedule II Cont rolled Substance. Brantley County deputies responded to a call at Friendly Express in Waynesville about a suspicious person.

• Disorderly Conduct: Daisy Myrick, 37, was arrested Saturday, November 2 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Brantley County deputies re sponded to the 300 block of Drury Lane in reference to a physical domestic.

• Battery - Family Violence: Ashlin Greene, 17, was arrested and charged November 2 with Battery Family Violence.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 90 block of Weeping Willow Lane in reference to a physical altercation.

• Aggravated Assault - Family Violence: Austin Griffin, 19, was arr ested Saturday, November 2 and charged with three counts of Aggra vated Ass ault Family Violence.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 19,000 block of Highway 82.

• DUI: Christopher Jones, 39, was arrested Sunday, November 3 and charged with DUI. Brantley County deputies assisted Nahunta Police Department officers on a traffic stop in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Defective Equipment: Edwards White, 55, was arrested and charged November 3 with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Defective Equipment.
