HORTENSE — Victoria Diane Stephens, 33 of Hortense, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Born in Brunswick, Ms. Stephens’ parents are Richard Bullard and Michelle Stephens. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ernest Stephens, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Vickie Diane Stephens; and an uncle, Jason Croft.
Mrs. Stephens loved going to the river, tanning, fishing and spending time with her children.
Survivors include her three children, Michael William Lowman, Zoey Emalyn Lowman and Amalee Regan Lowman, all of Hortense; parents, Richard Bullard and Michelle Stephens; a sister, Alicia Harden of Brunswick; a brother, Zachary Bullard of Hortense; paternal grandparents, Wade and Wilma Bullard, of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; an aunt, Beverly Taylor; an uncle, Ernie Stephens; the father of her children and his spouse, Billy and Destiny Lowman of Hortense; and cousins, Amy and Bob Muggridge, of Mt. Pleasant; also several other relatives and a host of friends.
A funeral service was held Thursday evening, October 24, 2024 at 6 p.m., at Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Gill officiating.
Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
