Sheriff’s Report

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Justin Eckert, 38, was arrested Monday, October 14 on an Outstanding Probation Warrant.

• Battery Family Violence, Criminal Damage to Property, Simple Battery Family Violence, Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree: Ethan Johnson, 26, was arrested and charged October 14 with Battery Family Violence, Criminal Damage to Property, Simple Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree (two counts).

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 300 block of Hoke Road in reference to a verbal dispute.

• Speeding and Reckless Driving: Kyle Carter, 24, was arrested Wednesday, October 16 and charged with Speeding and Reckless Driving. (NO REPORT)

• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects. Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Anna Hooper, 30, was arr ested and charged October 16 with Posses sion and Use of Drug Related Objects and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 12,000 block of Central Avenue in reference to account fraud.

• Cruelty to Children in the First Degree: Marlyn Stone, 46, was arrested Wednesday, October 16 and charged with Cruelty to Children in the First Degree.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 400 block of Sams Drive in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Outstanding Failure to Register as a Sex Offender warrant: James Brien Williams, 40 was arrested Friday, October 18 on an outstanding Failure to Register as a Sex Offender warrant.

• Disorderly Conduct: Candace Ammons, 42, was arrested and charged October 18 with Disorderly Conduct.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to the 50 block of Janie Circle in Reference to a domestic dispute.

• Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance: Edwards Hunter, 41, was arrested Friday, October 18 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Browntown Road in reference to vehicle weaving in roadway.

• No Tag, Tag Light Required, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Probation Viol ation: Robert Johns, 38, was arrested and charged October 18 with No Tag, Tag Light Required, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Probation Violation.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call.

• Outstanding Probation warr ant: Matthew Curry, 38, was arr ested Suday, October 20 on an outstanding Probat ion warrant.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Suspended Registration Insurance Lapse, No Proof of Insura nce: Timothy Tindall, 53, was arrested and charged October 20 with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Suspended Registration Insurance Lapse and No Proof of Insurance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 82 in reference to suspended registration.
