Following Hurricane Helene, Georgia Power has introduced flexible Installment Payment Plans to assist customers as we recover together. This initiative allows customers to spread their current account balances over 2, 4, or 6 months in equal installments, added to future bills.
Relief Measures:
• Disconnections are suspended.
• Eligible late fees are waived.
• Collection activities paused for customers through December 15, 2024.
• Enroll by November 30, 2024: Enroll online via your account on the Payment Arrangements page, or use our automated phone system at 877-403-7149.
• Assistance Beyond Billing: Georgia Power is also supporting recovery with a $3 million pledge through multiple charitable foundations.
