Pleasant Valley sets Fall Festival
Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 7136 Central Avenue, has scheduled a Fall Festival from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, October 27.
The free event of food and family fun is open to the public. There will be bounce houses, a cake walk, train rides, cookie decorating, and bingo.
The church also will have a prayer station during the event where attendees can share or receive a time of prayer understanding and materials to help in difficult times.
Hoboken Baptist sets youth rally
Hoboken Baptist Church, 4714 West Main Street East, will stage a youth rally at 6 p.m. Sunday, November 3.
In addition to the worship service with Ethan Carlson as guest speaker, there will be live music, food and beverages. The music will be provided by Clark Carter, Eli Thomas, Edie Lowther and Mia Kate Bates.
