Sheriff’s Report

• Battery Against a Person who is 65 Years of Age or Older, Battery Family Violence, Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree: Trevor Roberts, 20, was arrested Monday, September 30 and charged with Batt ery against a person who is 65 Years of Age or Older, Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree (three counts).

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 40 block of Burch Road in reference to Domestic Violence.

• Outstanding warrants of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Theft by Taking: Dawson Webb, 22, was arrested Tuesday, September 24 and charged with the following outstanding warrants of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Theft by Taking.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Joanna White, 40, was arrested September 24 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Expired or No Lic ense Plate or Decal: Robert Shreve, 44, was arrested Wednesday, Sept ember 25 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Expired or No License Plate or Decal.

• Expired or No Registration or Title, Head/Taillight Requirements, No Proof of Insurance: Anthony Zabawa, 70, was arrested and charged September 25 with Expired or No Registration or Title, Head/Taillight Requirements, and No Proof of Insurance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 82 in reference to taillight out.

• Disorderly Cond uct: Candy Griffin, 39, was arrested Saturday, September 28 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

Brantley Countydeputies responded to the 200 block of Crosby Lane in reference to a verbal dispute.
